A young firm with 15 years of experience in the building industry, Northway Construction is well on its way to establishing itself as the leading high-performance builder in the Roaring Fork Valley. Currently, Northway Construction's project in the Ironbridge subdivision is rated as Gold level of LEED-certified, with only a few points more to achieve platinum. For our first LEED-certified building, Building Knowledge was impressed to see the level of detail, and commitment to obtain this goal. This only comes from our dedication to the high-performance building practices.
