How you will live in your new home is as much a consideration as its overall look.
Budget and Design
Too often, homeowners hire an architect to design their dream home, only to find that the cost to build it far exceeds their budget. At Northway Construction, we’ll talk you through your ideas and make use of the conceptual estimating process to help you gain control over your new home’s cost, before the plans are completed. We can suggest ways to maximize the benefit of your construction dollars, incorporating features that will increase the value of your new home while paying for themselves in reduced operating costs. We partner with a variety of architects and design professionals, so you can select one that best suits your style or we’ll work with your pre-selected architect. Your project manager then becomes part of your design/construction team, to insure your home design is truly tailored to your lifestyle and your budget.
Construction Phase — Building a Dream
Communication is a key element throughout the construction process. The project manager and job superintendent are on the job daily to ensure construction proceeds smoothly and in accordance with your wishes. You will be updated with regular progress reports, pictures and on-site meetings.
Your home will be built to last a lifetime. We will construct your home using best building-science practices for maximum energy efficiency, durability, air quality and comfort. Our high level of craftsmanship will bring to your home a beauty to reflect its quality construction.

At Northway Construction we stand behind the homes we build. We want you to understand how to maintain and care for your home investment. You will receive an orientation on your home’s mechanical systems and appliances, as well as a comprehensive homeowners’ manual. Should it be necessary, warranty service will be promptly completed. Our aim, when everything is said and done, is to build not just a house, but a lasting relationship with you.
