They’re also quiet and comfortable throughout. That’s because we built our office to our own high-performance standards to keep our employees and clients comfortable and to keep our overhead low. Our CEO, Steve Northway, is founder and past CEO of the company that literally wrote the book on LEED certification. We receive the benefit of his close connections to recognized authorities on the high-performance building methods that ensure energy efficiency, durability, healthy indoor air quality and uniform heating and cooling. These methods require painstaking attention to the less visible aspects of construction, like:

• Carefully selecting optimal mechanical systems for the building,
• Adequately sealing all ducts,
• Applying the Tyvek® correctly in order to prevent leaks, and
• Properly managing moisture and air exchange from the start.
